I often get asked what areas I cover with my wedding videography services, and how do I feel about shooting destination or non-local weddings.
Well, I love connecting with people, exploring the world, and documenting wonderful weddings along the way. So travelling is all part of my life experience as a wedding filmmaker. These new experiences that my job bring me and the inspiring people I meet on the way all add up to why I love documenting people’s individual wedding story.
Being a destination wedding videographer is a buzz in itself, but when I add the honour of being involved in my couples special day, then it adds up to a whole lot more than being ‘the wedding video guy’. For me, it’s about the personal connections I am able to build, the lives I am able to influence and the stories I get to tell.
So where do I cover with my UK wedding videography services? I cover anywhere you care to mention. From Lands End to John o’Groats, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. I don’t limit myself to just my local counties of Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, and Wirral. I will take commissions from the whole of the U.K and Ireland and love booking destination weddings abroad.
Since I have been bitten by the travelling bug, I relish the opportunity given to me to travel far and wide to document people’s special day.
If your U.K. wedding day is too far for me to travel to on the morning of the wedding then I would request overnight accommodation so I would be ready for the next day. In some cases when the distance is too far travel back on the same night, I would require a second nights accommodation on the night of the wedding.
When shooting weddings outside of the U.K. I just request that you provide myself and any crew with flights, accommodation and local travel costs. Shooting a wedding across Europe can be achieved
So please get in touch with me to discuss your wedding video requirements, no matter where you are planning to have your wedding, I would love to hear from you.
